1. Support design team in new product developing stage, provide best expertise in new sample evaluation 

2. Support sourcing team, identify and assess potential suppliers that can meet B&W quality requirements.

3. Lead & coordinate part qualification  

4. Lead & conduct initial and surveillance supplier audit.

5. Develop new or current suppliers towards quality excellence in terms of quality, delivery and cost, by measuring and analysing the quality performance of suppliers, developing suitable processes with all quality controls in place, and induct & implement B&W quality requirement.

6. Work with IQC/PQE/PE and related departments, lead the MRB to deal with non-conformities

7. Lead in solving supplier quality issues and formalize CAR and CTQ with best expertise.

8. Drive the continuous improvement in major suppliers

9. Other tasks assigned by superior

任职要求：

1. Education background:

- BE, BS degree or above, Degree Equivalent in a Quality or Engineering related Discipline

  

2. Professional knowledge/Skill/Quality:

- Experienced in SQM

- Good knowledge on manufacturing process of plastic and metal parts

- Familiar with QC 7 tools, DOE, FMEA, SPC, 8D; ISO9001, TS

  

3. Working experience:

- At least 5 years quality manufacturing experience in either mechanical or electronics etc.

  

4. Others:

- A good understanding and application of quality principles.

- They must have good analytical skills and should be detail orientated.

- Highly developed and skilled with problem solving techniques.

- Must be able to work on their own initiative and within a team and follow deadlines.

- Must have good communication skills and Good oral and written English

- Willing to travel to support supplier quality improvement.
