Major Responsibilities：

1. Supporting in the planning, proofing and distribution of Resort Guide, to ensure the booklet is produced on schedule, within budget, and that its contents and production quality reflect Company brand messages and status;

协助规划、校对《度假村指南》，确保手册在预算内按时制作，其内容和制作质量反映公司品牌信息和状态；

2. Gather information and materials (e.g. text and photographs) from other departments on upcoming events and promotions to be featured in the booklet;

从其他部门收集信息和资料（如文字和照片），在手册中编辑介绍活动和促销信息；

3. To co-ordinate, keep track and follow up the production timeline with production crew;

与相关人员协调、跟踪和跟进项目进程；

4. Follow up on all meeting action items and project administrative work;

跟进所有会议活动和项目管理工作；

Ensure all marketing communications adhere to established brand standards and messaging.

确保所有营销传播都符合既定的品牌标准和信息。

Requirements:

1. Degree Bachelor, Major in Marketing, Communications, Design or related field;

本科以上学历，市场营销，传媒/传播学，设计等专业优先考虑；

2. 3-4 years related experience;

三年以上酒店旅游行业文案编辑/新媒体运营宣传相关工作经验；

3. Excellent communications abilities.

优秀的沟通能力；

4. Basic English, Fluent Cantonese

良好的英文能力，流利的广东话能力；

5. Project management skills.

具备项目管理技巧。
