ABOUT THE POSITION

    

    

Asia Footwear Costing, we aligned with Company strategies and adhesion with finance target, supporting all related functional team with reliable costing information, driving for decision making.

        

    

This position will coordinate efforts & communicate with factories, HQ and LO functional teams on all costing related issues, Identifying and evaluating the cost breakdown detail’s accuracy and timely submit seasonal costing information. Assisting Costing manager and team in

    

tracking cost savings, costing suggestion, cost comparison & analyses.

        

This position will be located in Zhuhai, China.

    

    

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

    

§  Act as a liaison between HQ Costing and factories to ensure the costing related inquiries are well received and responded to in a timely manner. 

    

§  Support development or enhancement of systems to ensure costing requirements are met and to improve costing performance.  Ensure all costing timelines are met fully: First adoption / Second adoption / Salesman Sample / Production / SMU/Outlets/L4L.

    

§  Establish and monitor compliance with costing standards related to: labor and overhead rates, material consumption measurement, raw material and component pricing.  Analyze the historical CBD (Cost Break Down) sheets to improve accuracy of pre-costing system that will help to improve the product creation process.

    

§  Make sure tooling cost, Labor, overhead cost is well calculated.    

    

§  Entry price into PDM and ensure Planning team and Headquarter costing are well informed.

YOU ARE?

• Good interpersonal, Communication and negotiation skill.
• Attention to detail.
• Good sense/Memory on numbers.

                

    

    

YOU HAVE?

    

• Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience,
• 3 - 5 years of experience in costing or development in Footwear. 
• Good command of MS Office (word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
