职责说明：

Responsibility:

1．对合作工厂定期执行社会责任审核，提交审核报告，指导工厂实施整改措施以符合客户标准，减少类似问题在客户正式审核中出现的风险。

Regularly conduct on-site internal SR audit in the factories and submit the relevant audit report to factory team, instruct them to perform CAP in accordance with Client requirement.

2．定期拜访合作工厂，并为他们的团队提供客户标准的培训，清楚了解客户要求，并帮助合作工厂建立相关管理体系。

Visit the factories periodically to provide the training of Client requirement for them, and help them to set up the related management system.

3．保持与客户及第三方审核公司紧密沟通和合作，确保准时提交审核申请和整改计划。

Work closely with Client and 3rd party for audit application, CAP submission timely.

4．对客户提出的整改问题，指导合作工厂团队制订纠正预防措施，实施整改以符合客户要求。

For non-compliance issues Client indicated, well help the factories team to work out and perform CAP submitted to meet Client requirement.

5．对合作工厂进行审核前及审核后的访问，确保工厂完好地准备及采取必要的改进。

Visit cooperated factories before and after 3rd party audits assigned by Clients, ensure factories are well prepared and take essential actions to improve before and after the audits.

6．总结分析审核中（内/外审）发现的所有问题，召开合作工厂DRI会议，分享***解决方案，降低核心违规项出现的风险。

Summary and analyze all issues (internal/external audit), and hold the factory DRIs meeting, sharing best solution for the related issues, for avoiding Core Violation risk.

7．帮助合作工厂EHS各类项目的开展和相关审核，比如清洁水项目、节能项目等。

Assist the factories to carry out kinds of EHS program and prepare Client’s evaluation, such as Clean Water Program and saving energy program. etc.

8．参与客户的合规培训及会议，持续更新客户的要求。

Participate Client’s compliance training and annual sessions and keep updating of their latest requests.

9．此职位须向部门主管报告，并服从部门主管安排的其他事项。

Report to Dep. Head and follow his arrangement for other matters.

资格要求：

Qualified Requirements:

1．大学专科以上学历，人力资源、环境、安全或化工专业者优先考虑

Above University College, HR, Environment, Safety or Chemical better.

2．5年以上企业社会责任审核应对经验或审核相关经验，有印刷包装或电子行业经验者优先考虑

More than five-year related audit working experience in printing packaging or electronic industry

3．有A客户、RBA、QC080000等审核应对经验者优先考虑

Audit experience of A Client, RBA and QC080000 etc. is priority.

4．熟悉RBA、SA8000、ISO14001、OHSAS18001/ISO45001、QC08000和ISO9001等体系标准

Familiar with RBA, SA8000, ISO14001, OHSAS18001/ISO45001, QC080000 and ISO9001 standards

5．具备良好的英语读写能力，口语熟练者优先考虑

Fluency of writing and spoken English is preferred.

6．有良好的团队协作和人际沟通能力，独立性强

Good team cooperation and communication, independence

7．乐于出差及接受挑战，

Willing to travel and accept challenges
