Job Description工作描述： 

 Responsible for Manufacture order\ processing\ tracking and communication to other departments. 负责生产订单、过程、追踪情况的落实及与其他部门进行交流。

 Track the open orders status and update the information in time. As the bridge to strengthen the relation and communication between vendors and clients. 跟踪现有订单的情况，及时更新最新的信息，成为加强供应商和客户之间沟通关系的良好桥梁。

 Arrange routine meetings with MF and CS to discuss current orders and problems in production. 安排固定的一些会议与生产部、客服部商讨订单与存在的问题。 

 Manage inventory, products shortage, discuss with project manager, CS and FN, to fill in customer orders and replenish stock as necessary and within establishes stock limits. 管理库存量，对于不足的物品，与项目经理、客服部、财务部进行商量，若需要则进行填写相关订购单进行进货，保存在最低库存数。

 Source new vendors based on price\ performance and new order requirement. 基于价位、产品性能及新订单的要求寻找新的供应商资源。 

 To maintain coordination with vendors, service providers. 与供应商、服务提供商做好协调工作。

  Implement and improve logistics systems and forms to enhance communication, coordination, and effectiveness of the logistics department and organization as whole, per ISO 9001 standards. 落实和完善部门的相关制度、表格及流程，运用ISO使各部门之前的沟通、合作组成更有效的一个整体。It should be understood that all Weiguo employees are responsible as a whole for ensuring the quality of processes and products involved in the successful running of Weiguo solutions to consistent standards by following the procedures out-lined in the quality manual. 必须认识到威国所有的员工有责任保证所有程序和产品都是按照威国的质量手册标准进行。

Follow supplier progress in the completion of orders, delays, and timelines to ensure supplier compliance. 根据供货进度、时间表，确保订单的进程无延误。  

Any other tasks from ops manager, documentation or translation. 其他来自本部门上司的工作安排，文档或翻译等其他工作。 Any other reasonable task requested by management for the success of Weiguo Solutions为了威国的成功而被要求增加的其它的合理的工作

      

Requirement录用条件（经验要求）：

   

More than one year purchasing \order processing \shipping work experience; 一年以上采购、跟单，船务工作经验。

Familiar with material management and inventory对账物卡的管理及盘点熟悉。

Familiar with the processes of the warehouse对仓库的流程熟悉。

Proficiency in computer office software熟练操作电脑office软件。

Type the date and document control数据的录入，文档的归档管理。

Sensitive of the number 对数字敏感，有责任心。

Excellent teamwork skills团队合作精神

Proven ability to work with little supervision工作积极主动

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good at written and oral English优秀的书写及口头表达能力，英语书面或口头沟通能力优。

5)    Quality Assurance and Quality Control质量保证和质量控制
Some of the processes include acceptance sampling via Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), Final Quality Control (FQC). When it comes to assuring and controlling the quality of the products, Weiguo adopts a strict approach and at the same time cater for the needs of our customers. Some of the inspection criteria include cosmetics, functional, packaging, packing inspection and other specified requirements necessary for the finalisation of the products.
