Description

This incumbent will be responsible for development of new NTC element. and play a key role to maintain and enhance the performance and reliability of existing products

Responsibilities

• Develop or optimize new production process for better yield, better quality and higher productivity.
• Develop new NTC elements with new NTC receipt design for new product development of sensor.
• Support manufacturing on product quality and testing.
• Customize NTC according to customer applications in accordance with company and department procedures, ensure new products and product applications fulfill functional requirements.
• Train engineers on related NTC knowledge, engineering procedures and technical skills.
• Support material information of new product development and analysis on field return.
• Evaluate and approve requested parts and products deviation from specification.
• Train engineers and technician on related product
  Requirements
  • Bachelor or above degree in Material Science or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years’ working experience in NTC, including 3 years in functional ceramic field.
  • Sound knowledge of material theory and design practices.
  • Familiar with material analyze mothed (scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer) and instrument.
  • Knowledge of NTC elements component design and manufacture.
  • Experience in application, test and field of NTC.
  • Knowledge of project management and Six Sigma is preferred.
  • Good command of both written and verbal English.
