Job Description

1. To be responsible for new material qualification project and ensure final release schedule;

2. Cell manufacture process definition, control and optimization, ensure the product quality and yield;

3. Equipment PLC program development and optimization;

4. Continuously improve the equipment performance on stability, reliability, efficiency and maintenance cost;

5. Cooperate to maintenance, quality and production team on trouble shooting;

6. Training and engineering document administration.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree, major in electronic/ mechanical-electrical / industry engineering or engineering related

2. Minimum 5 years' experience in similar position in manufacturing factory. Good knowledge in product improvement,product qualification, production process control; 

3. Be skill in at lease one CAD software, e.g. AutoCAD. Solid works; 

4. Good English spoken and written.
