Job Description

As EHS Engineer, you will take charge of the HSE management. 作为EHS工程师，你将负责环境、职业健康与安全的管理。

Responsibilities

1. Establish, implement, maintain and improve the environment, safety and health system to ensure the effective operation of the EHS system; 建立、实施、维护并完善环境、安全、健康体系，确保EHS体系的有效运行；
2. Carry out safety evaluation, spur the implementation of the company's safety culture, and preside over the company's safety production publicity and education activities; 开展安全评价，策动公司安全文化的推行，主持公司安全生产宣传教育活动；
3. Organize and implement routine safety inspections, issue safety analysis reports, analyze potential hazards at the production site, and follow up corrective measures, and regularly organize factories for hazard source identification and risk assessment; 组织和实施例行安全检查工作，出具安全分析报告，分析生产现场的潜在危险，并跟进纠正措施, 定期组织工厂进行危险源辨识和风险评估；
4. Organize the establishment of the company's emergency system framework and emergency plan, guide and supervise various projects to organize emergency drills, and conduct emergency effect assessments; 组织建立公司的应急体系框架及应急预案，指导、监督各项目组织应急演练，并进行应急效果评估；
5. As a window for government departments such as company environment and safety supervision, collect regulations and relevant government requirements, report to company management, and communicate with government departments to ensure that the company meets the requirements; 作为公司环境、安监等政府部门的窗口，收集法规及政府相关要求，向公司管理层汇报，向政府部门沟通，确保公司满足要求；
6. Lead and maintain Occupational Health Records, conduct regular environmental impact testing and occupational hazard testing; organize occupational health examinations for employees in occupational hazard positions, and archive them as required; 主导并维护职业健康档案，定期进行环境影响检测和职业危害检测；组织职业危害岗位员工进行职业健康体检，并按要求归档；
7. Responsible for following up work-related injuries, leading the investigation, statistics and analysis of various accidents of the company, establishing accident files, summarizing accident lessons and implementing corrective and preventive measures; 负责跟进工伤相关事宜，主导公司各类事故的调查、统计、分析，建立事故档案、总结事故教训并落实纠正预防措施；
8. Responsible for formulating safety knowledge training plan and implementing training; 负责制定安全知识培训计划，并实施培训；
9. Supervise the company's internal employees and external visitors to fully comply with relevant safety regulations; 监督公司内部员工及外部来访人员完全遵守相关安全规章制度；
10. Complete other tasks arranged by superiors. 完成上级安排的其它任务。

Requirements and Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree, able to communicate in simple English; 本科学历，能够进行简单的英语沟通；
2. Experience from international company; 具备跨国公司工作经验；
3. Min 6 year experience in in manufacturing industry safety, fire safety, and production safety management, with a certificate of safety management personnel; 至少6年制造业工业安全、消防安全、生产安全管理经验，具有安全管理人员资格证；
4. Familiar with industrial safety law, occupational disease prevention law, and related laws and regulations; 熟悉工业安全法、职业病防护法、以及相关的法律法规；
5. Familiar with the safety standards and management of factory site safety production, fire protection and dangerous goods; 熟悉工厂现场安全生产、消防及危险品等安全标准及管理 ；
6. Proactive work, able to work independently under limited supervision; 工作积极主动，能够在有限监督下独立开展工作 ；
7. High sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure.高度的责任心，能够在压力下工作。
