工作职责

1、 沟通和传达质量和技术方面的问题，

2、 跟踪生产进度和测试，

3、 安排第三方实验室对每批样品进行测试，

4、 收集和整理质量文件，

5、 执行过程检验，最终检验/出货前检验，向客户报告，

6、 监视供应商，按照商定的质量要求进行生产并不断改进产品质量，

7、 确保供应商持续改进,

8、处理客户投诉，与供应商一起找出问题根源并提出解决方案，

技巧技能

1、 为人正直，对工作有激情，

2、3年以上工作经验，有机械方面的经验，

3、 熟悉各种测量工具，比如卡尽，膜厚尺等

4、 大专或以上学历，机械方面优先，

5、 英文读写流利，

6、 出色的沟通技艺。

Job Responsibilities

1.Communicate quality and technical issues,

2.To follow up on the production schedule and testing,

3.Arrange the independent third party for test each batch of product,

4.Collect all the required QC documents, sort the Nautilus Hook QC
documentation folder,

5.Carry out IPQC, FQC/PSI and report to customer,

6.Monitor supplier to implement the quality standards we both agreed,

7.Drive and ensure continuous control and improvement of supplier quality
performance,

8.Handle customer’s complaints, work together with supplier to find out
the root causes, drive corrective actions and preventive actions, and implement them.

Skills & Qualifications

1. Passion to work with high integrity,

2.More than 5 years’ experience in mechanical manufacturing industry,
welding industries,

3.Be familiar with various inspection tools and gages including caliper,
thickness gages etc used for safety hook,

4.Associate or above degree, prefer major in Engineering,

5.Fluent in English on both reading and writing,

6.Good communication skills.

Company Introduction

We are a Brit owned and Brit operated design, development and manufacturing organisation with offices in the UK, US, Canada, Croatia and, of course, China. Our core capabilities lie in delivering Chinese manufactured products involving new or significantly re-developed products for the Western market. As a sideline, we have also helped UK and US companies to move production to China with the minimum of disruption to their businesses.

China 2 West is capable of doing all aspects in getting an idea to market. From the design work and R&D, through prototyping and tooling the moulds. We then write the quality assurance plan and design the production plan then carefully follow this through until production is finished. Delivery of goods is flexible in that we can store in our warehouses, drop ship or send all at once. China 2 West is also available for only any 1 of our services or QC of your existing production.

The job will entail working with different nationalities both in China and around the world so a decent level of English is required, the office itself is a social environment that operates with a western organisational structure.

We are seeking problem solving, detail orientated, quick thinking individuals who are capable of multi-tasking and logical thinking. Applicants must be capable of following instructions in English without issue and of working to tight, short deadlines on multiple varied projects.
