The Buyer 采购专员 OR Leader will be based in 深圳宝安福永.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do岗位职责:

• ? Lead buyers (china and India) to execute order management: new order release and order confirmation and reschedule weekly base on demand.指导采购(中国和印度)执行订单管理:新订单释放和订单确认和安排每周的基础上需求.
• ? Manager and improve supplier delivery /quality/ service performance.管理供应商和改善供应商的交期和质量和服务的绩效
• ? Lead buyers to control inventory excess and meet site/accounts ITO target, support to improve supplier SMI/CRP rate.指导采购控制库存达到公司的ITO 目标.提升供应商的SMI/CRP的比率.

• ? Lead buyer to achieve all material related KPI and monitor buyer performance and continuously improve buyer KPI and efficiency指导采购达到物料的相关的KPI. 监控采购的绩效持续改善采购的绩效和效率.
• ? Understand project material status and weekly review material shortage with customer清楚项目的物料的状况每周给客户汇报物料短缺的情况, 和客户一起解决.
• ? Quarterly have QBR meeting with customer and present material status independently季度和客户的会议.能独自介绍项目物料的状况
• ? Collect and monitor material market trend and make proposal/solution to customer/manager to mitigate potential supply risk and secure short/long term stable supply.搜集和管理物料的市场状况能给客户/公司管理层的一些解决方案和减少潜在风险确保物料的安全的短期/长期的供应.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do岗位职责:

• ? Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree.大专或者本科以上学历
• ? Typically requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of procurement/supply chain experience.4-6年的采购/供应链的经验
• ? EMS background preferred有EMS背景的优先
• ? Good at writing English and oral English;擅长英语写作，基本的口语表达能力
