职责描述：The SQE is the interface to EMS/JDM/ODM partners of EMEA in APAC post NPI phase and applies world class quality tools and techniques also for the sub-suppliers regarding their APQP activities with the validated supply base, in the development of quality activities to obtain reliable products, on-time, to the required quality standards and manufactured with capable processes post M70. Manage any non-conformance and non-compliance to prevent further recurrence.

任职要求：

1. Experience in a quality related role within a manufacturing company, with strong problem solving and supplier management skills.

2. Experience of working in supplier management, supplier development or supplier problem solving.

3. Advanced English communication skills (oral and written). Working with customer and supplier contacts in person at their premises and via web.

4. Communication skills, interpersonal skills with an understanding of supplier relationship management.
