Job Description

1. To provide administrative support for programme and division management; 

2. To undertake tasks related to the Division, including paper work, event & activity organization, as well as liaison with other teaching/teaching support/administrative units, etc. 

3. To assist in equipment maintenance and facility management for Division. 

4. Other duties assigned by the Dean. 

Job Requirement 

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above; 

2. Two years or above working experience preferred; 

3. Good command of both English and Chinese (written & oral); 

4. Proficient computer skills (e.g. excel, word, PPT, website maintenance); 

5. Graphic design skill preferred; 

6. Knowledge of audio technology preferred; 

7. Strong communications and interpersonal skills;  

8. Good problem-solving skills, detailed-oriented, and team player;  

9. Responsible, trustworthy and service minded.
