* EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION／教育、学历资格证书
1. College education or above, major in electrical control or other automation field. 中专以上学历，电气控制或其他相关自动化专业。
2. Have government authorized electrical certificates ( LV/ HV) is preferred 有政府颁发的电工证（低压或高压）将优先考虑。
* EXPERIENCE／经验
1. 2-years or above working experience in production equipment maintenance field. 2年以上生产设备维修工作经验。
2. Fresh graduates with good capability in learning and communication can consider. 具有良好的学习能力和沟通能力的应届大学生可考虑。
* SKILLS／技能
1. Skilled use of basic electronic repair tools, multimeter, oscilloscopes, soldering iron, etc 熟练使用基本电子维修工具，包括万用表，示波器，电烙铁等。
2. Proficiency in a variety of electronic components production test equipment and fixtures, such as LCR meter, insulation resistance meter, high voltage meter, etc. Also understand how it works, able to handle the normal problem by repairing should be advantage. 熟练操作各种电子元器件的生产测试仪器及夹具，如LCR表，绝缘阻抗表，耐压仪等并了解其工作原理。
3. Skill in PLC control technology PLC控制技术熟练。
*RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY／职责和权限
1. Direct implement the machine repair and maintain job; make completed repairing record. 执行并完成日常生产现场设备的故障维修及维护保养任务，并做好完整的维修过程记录。
2. Provide technical support and training to his/her subordinates, direct technician to finish daily maintain job according maintain plan. 对技术员提供技术支持并培训相关技术员。指导并监督技术员按维护计划完成设备的维护保养工作。
3. Draft equipment maintenance plan with high efficiency. 制定高效的设备维护保养计划。
4. Work out a complete spare parts list and its budget, cooperate warehouse worker to apply spare parts and offer the correct information of each spare parts. 制定完整的备件目录清单和费用预算，配合仓管员提出备件采购申请并提供准确备件信息。
5. Continuously improve the machine utilization, shorten the downtime, reduce down time of machine 持续改进设备，缩短停机时间，提高设备运行效率。
6. Finished WI for new machine’s maintenance, update maintain record on time, keep continuous improvement on WI. 对新增设备按时完成设备维护作业指导书，以及设备保养记录表。持续定期更新文件。
7. Comply with national laws, statutes, policies, labor disciplines and company's rules and regulations. 严格遵守国家法律、法规和政策、劳动纪律，严格执行公司的各项规章制度。
8. Other assignments from supervisors.
