1.The Quality Representative for Plant and for the whole entity

2.The Customer representative inside the plant and entity.

3.Ensures distributing quality standards to all function departments, including Quality Manual, Group

4.Operating Instructions and forms which constitute the quality system.

5.Approve the Site Operating Instructions and the Site Forms relevant to the Plant.

6.Monitors the issue and modifications of the Site Operating Instructions and the Site Forms relevant to the

Plant.

7.Ensures that customer requirements are adequately taken into account, including control of special characteristics and development of corrective and preventive actions.

8.Ensures that the performances of the quality system are regularly measured and recorded, to allow the review and the improvement.

9.Conducts audits for the approval of new production processes and audits to monitor the existing production processes.

10.Conducts any other type of audit delegated the Central Quality.

11.Reviews and issues, with the contribution of the Process Engineering, the production control plan, for preserial production, for serial production.

12. Issues Work Instructions relating to test, measurement and control methods.

13. Cooperates with the responsible departments for the industrialization phase of the product for all required

14.technical specifications.

15.Ensures the carrying out of the capability studies of the manufacturing processes.

16.Prepares internal PPAP to verify and informs Plant Management about the status of compliance of the product / process with the requirements.

17.Submits the initial samples package to the customer to obtain their approval for serial deliveries.

18. Conducts inspections, audits and checks over the manufacturing phase, manage the non conformity reports and monitors the implementation of the problem resolutions.

19. Blocks purchased materials and products, semi-finished goods or finished products when they are potentially or obviously not conforming.

20. Collects and process data necessary for monthly reporting intended for management review (QIP monthly).

21.Manages customer complaints. And manage resident quality engineer on customer site.

22.Keeps contacts with the Customer about problems of product quality.

23. Issues Compliance Statements about the products in the shipment phase.

24.Identifies all the equipment, the measuring, testing and inspection instruments, determines frequency of verification, the need for maintenance and storage, checks the state of efficiency, ensures the verification of calibration status internally or by using accredited external laboratories.

Qualification:

Bachelor Degree its equivalent. 

Minimum 3 years experience of quality control in automotive industry, experience in gearshift / gearbox related product area will be plus.

Knowledge of quality standards such as TS(IATF)16949/ISO14001.

Familiar with TS/IATF 16949 Management tools such as APQP, PPAP, Problem Analysis Tools, SPC, MSA,

8D, Control Plan, FMEA, etc.

Good interpersonal communication skills; Good command of written and oral English; Presentation and negotiation skill; and willing to learn.

Leadership and team player is required.
