JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

工作职责：

1. Handle daily bank/cash transactions, including raising of payment vouchers for the bank, management of cash box;

日常现金/银行存款的交易处理，包括向银行提交付款交易所，以及货币资金的管理；

2. Manage the cash pool and inter-company loan, contact affiliated companies for the cash borrow and return on daily basis;

管理现金池及关联方间的借款，以及日常关于关联方之间借/还款的沟通；

3. Process timely and accurate payment to suppliers and manage suppliers outstanding reports;

及时准确的支付供应商货款，管理供应商未付款情况；

4. Deal with Foreign Exchange Officers and bankers. Ensure complying PRC foreign exchange control policy when remitting money inside/outside the country;

与外汇管理局与银行交流，确保在收付汇时遵守中国外汇管理制度；

5. Cash-flow management and forecast;

现金流的预测及管理；

6. Issue VAT/export invoice to suppliers;

开具增值税专用发票/导出发票信息给相关部门；

7. AR reconciliation;

应收账款对账；

8. Prepare relevant reports for statistic bureau;

准备统计局相关报表；

9. Other ad hoc assignments;

其他未指定事宜；

10. Should meet all related requirements regarding Quality Management System and EHS Management Systems , strictly follow the safety rules.

REQUIREMENTS:

要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above in Fin & Accounting, minimum 1 years working experiences;

财务会计专业本科以上学历，至少1年以上工作经验；

2. Background in SAP and good skill are necessary;

有使用SAP系统经验者优先；

3. Proficient in MS Office applications Excel, PowerPoint;

能熟练使用Excel，PowerPoint等微软办公软件；

4. Good hard-working team player & preferable interpersonal and communication skill;

良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力；

5. Good command in both read and written English.

良好的英语阅读和书写能力。

备注：此岗位是大概为期8-10个月的短期岗位，要求到岗时间为2021年2月底即年后，表现突出可转长期正式工。
