职责描述：Responsible for export and import for GC business 负责进出口业务:

1. Follow all PO/order from GC business, AUS, HK, Zug, feedback quotation/ order confirmation; 跟踪所有进出口订单，报价；

2. Monitor production plan and key material, with planner and buyer, to avoid material shortage; 监控生产计划和关键物料，避免物料短缺；

3. Monitor open PO with AUS/HK if any adjustment, pull in /out, then adjust delivery plan and production/material with team, and feedback customer; 监控进出口订单，及时调整交期并和客户保持紧密良好沟通；

4. Arrange delivery issue with customer and forwarder as delivery schedule to finial customer, and arrange related shipping DOC such as BL/CO; 安排交付物流相关问题和资料；

5. Compare freight cost and delivery process with different forwarder, to optimize cost as order quotation; 优化物流成本和交付；

6. Collect and review forecast from GC, arrange maintain in system, to prepare material in advance, chase customer for order accuracy; 收集评估预测订单,维护系统，提前做好物料准准备，追踪客户订单的精确度；

7. Communicate with related DEP such engineer and production, QA.ETC, to ensure production plan finish as delivery plan align with customer; 保持好和相关工程、品质、生产部门的良好沟通，确保生产计划的完成，准时交付订单；

8. Place PO to GC for domestic business HM/EM, review OPO OC and timly, check with GC for pull in/out request from customer; 及时核查国内业务，安排海外采购保证订单交付；

任职要求：

1. 大学以上学历，机械或贸易相关专业;

2. 3年以上进出口业务管理，物料、生产计划管理相关工作经验；

3. 熟悉SAP/ERP订单系统，精通办公软件；

4.. 英语听说读写良好；
