（Serensia Woods, a project singularly focused on delivering the best in sustainable ageing and wellbeing. With a full sea view boutique hotel/serviced apartment located in Hengqin which to be opened in 2021 is looking for a General Manager.）

l Responsible for overall management, report to the Board.

l Fully responsible for managing the hotel / resort / serviced apartment on daily operations, housekeeping, guest services, catering, banquets, marketing, and security etc.

l Implement policies and procedures for daily operations.

l To ensure that staffs deliver proper customer satisfaction.

l Responsible for hotel pre-opening, budget, planning and overall activities; financial and risk management etc.

l Responsible for plan, organize and execute sales & marketing programs & activities to achieve set target.

l Passionate, self-motivated, highly proactive, customer-orientated, cooperative and able to work under pressure.

l Demonstrating strong organizational, management and interpersonal skills with all levels of staff.

l Degree holder in Hotel Management or related disciplines.

l At least 8 years of hotel management experience or similar position in the hospitality industry.

l Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English & Mandarin.
