岗位职责

1、负责产品样板的制作；

2、专科以上学历，学习动手能力强；

3、有电子基础，能看懂图纸；

4、有相关工作经验或熟悉电子原理优先，无经验者可学习培训。

5、能适应赶货时不定时加班； 

6、有户外灯具厂打样经验者优先考虑。

7、监控规范操作方法，确保生产现场的安全和清洁；

8、负责员工的管理、培训和培养。

任职资格

1、专科及以上学历，制造等相关专业；

2、2年以上制造型公司现场管理工作经验，有外企或户外灯具厂生产主管经验者优先；

3、精通行业产品质量规范与生产标准，熟悉产品技术特点与生产流程，熟悉制造企业生产、物流和技术内部的运营流程；

4、具备很强的品质管理、流程优化、统筹组织和沟通协调能力，有很好的分析问题和解决问题的能力；

5、有较好的领导和组织协调能力、沟通能力、执行能力等。
