Job description

*Lead Projects in the areas of QA/UAT to provide testing services and setup the application access controls according to the management approval.

*Prioritizes testing activities according to the management guidelines and impact to the operations.

*Leads the QA Team to deliver the testing services and provides application access control.

*Provides effort estimates on testing.

*Follows IT quality controls procedures, SDLC process and ensure Sarbanes Oxley complaint.

*Coordinates and performs all QA/UAT activities.

*Verifies production fixes before production deployment.

*Interface with suppliers, in-house development team to perform testing activities.

*Applies all project governance by coordinating and holding regularly schedule implementation meetings, Executive oversight meetings and any go live activities that are required.

*Responsible for deliver to agreed timelines.

*Performs training activities according to the management priorities.

Job specification

*Degree in IT Related curriculum required.

*5+ years of IT testing experience.

*3+ Years of Casino and hotel experience.

*Knowledge on testing methodologies.

*Able to analyze and solve problems in a service driven organization.

*Good communication and interpersonal skills.

*Experience on Software Development Life Cycle.

*Experience on development or testing for AS/400 and web-based applications would be advantage.

任职要求：

1、信息技术相关课程的学位要求。

2、5年以上IT测试经验。

3、3年以上赌场及酒店工作经验。

4、了解测试方法。

5、能够在服务驱动型组织中分析和解决问题

6、良好的沟通和人际交往能力。

7、有软件开发生命周期经验。

8、有AS/400和网络应用程序开发或测试经验者优先。
