JOB REQUIREMENT  职位要求

  

* EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION／教育、学历资格证书

  

Bachelor degree or above Major of IE/Mechanical/Electric/Automation

学士或以上。工业工程专业优先，机械或电气或自动化专业。

  

 

  

* EXPERIENCE／经验

  

More than 5 years IE experience, being capable to submit suggestions on improving labor productivity and implementation

5年或以上工业工程工作经验，能对生产作业的效率改进提出建议并推动实施。

  

 

  

* SKILLS／技能

  

Familiar with lean production and have experience in using VSM is preferred;

熟悉精益生产, 具有VSM使用经验者优先;

  

Familiar with IE engineering skills and IE seven skills;

熟练使用工业工程方面的工作技能, IE七大手法;

  

Experience with TPM is preferred;

具有TPM工作经验者优先；

  

Capable with basic oral and written English;

 基本的口语和书面英语表达能力；

  

Familiar with make and modification of work instructions，and good at coach and training to operator

 能作成和修订作业标准者优先, 且具有良好的教育培训能力。

RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY／职责和权限

  

1. Complete the assigned IE work task for responsible production area to supported production and operation target achievement with high initiative and efficiency;

   能自主和高效地完成负责区域所分配的IE工作，以支持生产和运营目标的实现；

2. Design/improve production flow in order to improve productivity；

   规划、改进生产方法和流程，以提高工作和生产效率；

3. Define/improve methods and layout to improve the productivity;

   设计及改进操作方法和现场布置，以提高工作和生产效率；

4. Improve the fixtures and other aid process to improve the productivity;

   设计、改进工位器具等生产辅助手段；

5. Measure and study the capacity and minutes, take improvement action;

   对产能、工时进行测定分析，并实施改进；

6. Organize/coordinate/execute/control the improvement project;

   组织/协调/实施/监控相关改进项目；

7. Self-improve own working procedure; improve dept. (internal/external) working procedure;

   改进自身工作流程，改进部门内/外工作流程；

8. Comply with national laws, statutes, policies, labor disciplines and company's rules and regulations.

   严格遵守国家法律、法规和政策、劳动纪律，严格执行公司的各项规章制度；

9. Other assignments from supervisors.
