KEY RESPONSIBILITIES：

1. Investigate the key process / technology
1) analyze and review existing process / technology
2) define the suitable application
3) develop new process / technology base on application request
4) set up process / technology database

2. Develop new machines base on request
1) review machine spec. / request
2) concept discussion and approval
3) design of new machine
4) assembly and adjustment
5) trial run and release

3. Improve the OEE of existing machines
1) analyze machine performance
2) find out the main failure and root cause
3) provide improvement solutions
4) improve machine performance

REQUIREMENTS：

1. College graduate or above, preferable to major in Mechanical or Electrical or Automation.

2. Worked in automation and process related field for 3 years at least; Has project experience of non-standard machine design/development by himself.

3. Has some experiences about at least one of below area:  

  a. industrial 4.0 field, MES, machine data acquisition/analyze/visualization, AR/VR/MR, 3D virtual simulation

  b. process study, e.g. FMEA/6 sigma(DMAIC)/SIPOC/..., familiar with inductor/transformer process is preferred  

  c. AOI, has projects experiences about AOI, concept evaluation, system set up, adjustment / optimization, special for deep learning 

  d. Robot, has projects experiences about Robot, concept evaluation, system set up, adjustment / optimization  

  e. Industrial software, has projects experiences about software programming, concept evaluation, system set up, adjustment / optimization

4. Smart and willing to learn，Good written and read English is preferred.
