1、 负责在小红书 微博，抖音，微信公众号等平台的品牌推广及产品形象的建设工作，维护并提升品牌的影响；

2、 负责撰写公司推广文案，能够准确提炼卖点和推广方向；

3、 负责达人，网红，明星筛选等对接合作，引导文案编辑方向，提供相关建议；

4、 掌握社交软件相关推广技巧，熟悉各种新媒体渠道（微信 微博 公众号 INS 抖音等）网络营销手段，熟练使工具以检测推广效果制定各个平台粉丝互动策略，增加自媒体平台粉丝数，提升粉丝的粘性；

6、 制定策划网络营销的活动及方向。

任职要求：

1、 有较高的审美能力，优秀的文案功底，出色的策划能力；

2、 2年以上新媒体工作经验，了解新媒体平台运营方法，熟悉新媒体圈，了解市场和用户；

3、 精通微博，公众号，社群营销规则，熟悉用户的购物习惯和购物心理；

4、 能捕捉内外各大社交平台热门内容，能结合平台商品及用户属性及时复刻升华；

5、 对市场热点事件敏锐度高，善于挖掘和整合时下热点并具有转化复刻能力；

6、 对新创意、新媒体、新营销环境、流行热点有敏锐的感知力及判断力；

7、 目标感强，具备优秀的团队协作能力，能单独及赋能他人完成热点新媒体优质内容原创。
