Duties

1. Contact point for assigned customers in Europe.Ability to not only execute, but lead the software development process.

2. Answer client’s questions and ensure their problems are resolved; conduct follow-up tasks.

3. Expert in the front-end of the software development process, esp. requirement analysis, prototyping.

4. Ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Managing Director or General Manager of any problems that may arise.

4. Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.

5. Monitor and chase work progress from delegated tasks.

6. Offer solutions tailored to client’s needs.

7. Prepare quotations for established and new products.

8. Ensure Invoices are sent out and paid on time.

9. Keep supervisor updated about ongoing projects.

10. Work with designers on improving and developing new products.

11. Accomplish other tasks from supervisor.

Qualifications

Educational background: University degree

 (Electronic Information Engineering/Software Engineering/Microlelectronics/Comuputer Science and Egineering/

Working experience: 5 years or above with at least 1 year in similar position

Skills:

1.strong ability to communicate with software programmers and engineers

2. Good written and oral communication skills in English

3. Good at coordinating.

4. Able to meet deadlines.

5. Detail oriented.

Personality: 1. Active and positive; 2. Full of passion and team work spirit.
