职位描述

1. 编制安全生产相关文件，制定安全管理规定及文件；

2. 组织并跟进安全培训，实施效果评估；

3. 贯彻执行国家地方有关主管部门关于安全的方针政策、规范、制度的规定；
4. 认真检查督促施工现场的安全生产的劳动保护、卫生状况及各项安全规定的落实；
5. 负责常规安全检查活动，并做好检查记录，协助落实奖惩措施，对违章现象进行制止，对一般事故做出处理和记录；
6. 对危险品、特种设备进行监督检查管理；

7. 配合政府部门的安全检查及集团内的安全审核；

8. 对进入工厂的新人进行安全教育及日常生产的安全教育工作；
9. 参与对工伤事故的调查，分析处理总结、上报等工作。
10. 执行经理交办的其他工作事项。

岗位要求

1. 安全员上岗证。
2. 大专以上学历，环保、安全工程专业，2年以上安全、环保等相关工作经验。

知识与技能

1. 熟悉国家和各地的相关安全生产政策、法规

2. 英语读写能力较好

3. 熟悉ISO14001及OHSAS18000体系

4. 熟练操作电脑，熟悉Word, Excel, PowerPoint的使用

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare safety production document and safety management regulations.
Responsible for the safety training and evaluate training effectiveness.
To implement the local government department regulations regarding to security policies, rules and institutional.
To carefully inspect and supervise the safety in production, sanitary conditions and all safety regulations
To take charge of general safety inspection, make the inspection records and coordinate the rewards and punishment. Immediately stop the illegal phenomenon and make general disposal and record.
To supervise, check hazard articles and special equipment.
Cooperate with local government for the safety inspection and SEAL Audit from internal.
To give fresh workers safety education and daily manufacture safety training.
To participate in industrial accident inspection, analyze the disposal summary, report etc.
Perform additional duties as directed by manager.

Job Requirements:
Safety Specialist work license
College or above, major Environment, Safety Engineering etc. At least 2 years experiences in handling safety.

Knowledge & Skills:
Familiar with national and local policies and laws of safety.
Good English skill on writing, reading and speaking
Be familiar with ISO14001 system and OHSAS18000 system.
Good computer skill on Word, Excel and PowerPoint
