Key Purpose of Role:

1. Lead the quality team to keep our products and service be satisfied with the customer领导质量团队让我们的产品和服务令客户满意

2. Lead the definition, agreement, and deployment of internal and external Quality objectives. 负责定义,协议和部署内部和外部的质量目标

3. Responsible for all the matters related to all the management system (ISO9001, ISO14001,ISO45001,ISO17025,ISO10012,ISO22301)on behalf of the top management, insure the management system continue efficient and improvement， insure the management system continually efficiency running in the company代表***管理者负责与管理体系有关事宜的所有事情,确保体系持续有效的在公司运行。

Responsibilities:

Quality & Business excellent

1. As a leader to guide the QA team to managing the products quality team from the supplier quality management, new products input process, products design quality, manufacture quality process and the customer complaints. 负责管理质量团队，确保设计质量、新产品导入质量、供应商质量、来料质量、过程质量和客户投诉各环节的有效运作。

2. Guide the company using 8D approach to improve processing quality issues, polish our products improve the customer satisfaction. 指导公司使用8D方法改善工作过程的质量问题去提升客户满意度。

3. Build the continually improvement culture to polish our business; 建立公司持续改进的文化去优化我们的业务。

4. Represent Product Safety 负责产品安全

5. Stop deliveries or production in case of safety risks and/or to prevent high exposure of failures. 防止出现交付有安全风险、高风险产品

Management system

1. To formulating policies, objectives and indicators of management system, and report to the management team for review, publicity and implementation; Organize the identification of environmental factors and hazard sources ; Conduct the preparation and release of EHS management system documents; 提出管理体系的方针、目标和指标，报请管理层组织审议、宣传和贯彻；根据公司现状，组织环境因素、危险源识别；组织编制EHS管理体系文件并发布；

2. Responsible for regular monitoring EHS targets, and propose for correction and/or prevention; Ensure EHS system implementation and continuous improvement; 负责定期监察EHS目标、指标并负责提出整改、纠正或预防计划计划建议；保证EHS体系的执行和持续改善。

3. Manage Energy Better: Consciously drive for continuous improvement in reusing, recycling or reducing waste. 更好地管理能源:有意识地推动循环利用、回收或减少浪费方面的持续改进。

4. Organize the team to maintain awareness of identified and potential health and safety, quality and environmental aspects within the workplace and their impact, including the reporting of any accidents/incidents/near misses or hazards. 组织团队保持对工作场所内确定的和潜在的健康和安全、质量和环境方面及其影响的认识，包括报告任何事故/事故/接近事故或危险。

Requirements:

1. Major: electronics engineering university graduated is preferred; 电子相关专业；

2. QA manger or same level work experience over >5ys; 5年以上质量管理经验；

3. Had been project team member, project leader is preferred. 有项目管理经验；

4.. With LEAN or 6 sigma experience 有精益生产或六西格玛经验优先

5. Advanced English communication skills (oral and written). Interpersonal skills with an understanding of supplier relationship management. 英语听说读写精通，有跨文化国际企业工作经验

6. Quality Tool: SPC, MSA, CPK, 8D, 7 Quality tools, control plan 精通质量管理工具

7. ISO9001/14001, OHSAS18001； 有体系管理经验
