Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing electronic and mechanical parts for ODM, EMS projects
• Supplier management of Strategy, Partnership, SMC and cost reduction
• Develop and maintain purchasing strategies
• Other ad hoc project as assigned by Management
• Find suppliers to achieve best practice in cost, quality and delivery.
• Manage sourcing projects through RFQs to delivery.
• Actively follow up market material prices and report as/where needed
• Create and maintain KPI's of supplier, material, market performance

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Purchasing & Supply, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 7 years’ experience in sourcing and purchasing in EMS industry
• Well organized, systematic, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong negotiator with good interpersonal skill and self-motivated
• Strong relationship with tier 1 distributors such arrow, AVNET etc.
• Strong experience in quoting for USA and Europe based RFQs
• Understanding pricing structure of a certain manufacturing process
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Good understanding of supply chain Management
