The Sr Quality Engineer will be based in  Zhuhai  

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Focus on material inspection cases
• Review reject report and defect and report it to MRB team, involve in MRB process and to do follow up
• Work with SQE to solve incoming material quality issue
• Review component specification and drawing
• Setup and define the inspection/test guideline/instrument for the component
• Own internal/external audit to IQC, accompany customer and the 3rd auditor to IQC
• Summarize and analyze incoming data by weekly/monthly
• Follow source inspection to support production
• Review IQC manpower and make sure there is enough manpower to accomplish incoming inspection
• Communication with operators by weekly/ monthly
• Train leader, operator with inspection skills
• MRB团队，参与MRB流程并进行跟进
• SQE合作解决进料来料质量问题
• /测试指南/仪器
• IQC进行内部/外部审核，陪同客户以及对IQC的第三名审核员
• /每月汇总和分析相关的数据
• IQC的人力并确保有足够的人力来完成入库检查

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• College’s degree above，engineering related major ， Bachelor is prefer
• 5+ years’ experience in QE or IQC  
• Ability to effectively communicate with managers and employees of the organizations
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• English can read and write , good English ability is prefer
• Can work under pressure
• Excellent communications and project management skills
• 大专以上学历, 质量工程相关的专业， 本科更好
• 5年以上质量工程师，来料检验工作经验，熟悉Mechanical  or PCBA生产流程
• 熟悉质量相关的工具和知识，能识别问题，收集数据，并找到有效的解决方案
• 能有效的与内部同事合作和沟通
• 英语听说读写能力良好优先考虑
• 优秀的沟通能力和项目主导意识
• 优秀的抗压能力
