Our company in Huizhou has taken the leading position in a number of solutions in the electronic test industry in China. We are now determined to launch a new ambitious project that merges several hi-tech technologies. The ever-growing operation frequencies and complexity of the connection networks of electronic circuits place increased demands on signal integrity when designing high frequency printed circuit boards (PCB) and various passive components for them. Selective prototype testing is a common step in PCB design. However, now it may be necessary to fully test all PCB and integrated components coming off the production and assembly lines, especially when it comes to microwave and ***-wave radar systems and telecommunication chassis. It is practically impossible to carry out such tests manually, due to the huge number of connections, the multifaceted nature of the test procedures, the increased requirements for the accuracy and speed of measurements, and the complexity of signal processing. Here, we inevitably come to the need for full automation and robotization of all testing processes. The complexity of the project is due to the need to integrate microwave devices into robotic platforms capable of providing precise positioning of the high frequency probes and the accuracy of multichannel measurements, along with the speed of signal processing. The development of robust microwave probes, capable of multiple connections and demonstrating high repeatability, presents a separate challenge. We hope that working on this project will lead us to innovative engineering and scientific solutions in microwave technique, robotics, and computing. We are expecting collaborations with the key manufacturers of PCB in China and the leading telecommunication companies. To implement the ideas involved into this project, we want to create a team of creative-minded engineers eager for innovative solutions.
Are you willing to become a member of our R&D team? Genuine enthusiasm and desire to constantly evolve will be the key factors during the selection process. We are looking for a CAD engineer with strong skills in one of commonly used software tools such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or Inventor. Practical knowledge of other software simulation tools used in electronics (e.g. Proteus) and physics (e.g. CST) would highly beneficial. Understanding of the practical limitations when designing system components will require an in-depth knowledge of static and dynamic properties of materials and mechanisms. The range of tasks will be very wide including design of all kinds of holders and probes used for measurements, platform frame, robotic head, and other moving parts. The successful candidate is expected to constantly expand his/her knowledge and skills towards robotics.
