岗位内容：

薪酬绩效

1. 核算员工月工资，确保数据准确无误及按时发放；

2. 按时申报及汇缴员工公积金、社保、个税；

3. 关注薪酬市场变化趋势，为岗位招聘等提供信息和方案支持；

4. 优化月绩效考核标准，每月收集月绩效，并确保执行公平合理；

5. 跟进年绩效评估，并协助薪酬调整相关事宜；

6. 协助优化岗位说明书。

员工关系

1. 办理及跟进员工入职、离职、异动等相关手续，管理员工档案；

2. 开展离职面谈，定期跟踪试用期内员工；

3.协助处理员工冲突，投诉和劳动纠纷。

其他

1. 负责部分岗位招聘；

2. 协助梳理及规范人力资源各模块流程；

3. 协助应对内外部审核；

4. 完成上级交代的其他工作任务。

岗位要求：

1.本科及以上学历，人力资源管理/心理学/相关专业；

2.三至五年制造业人力资源管理相关工作经验，有薪酬管理工作经验优先；

3.了解当地劳动法相关法规政策；

4.良好的沟通能力、数据分析能力、Office软件应用能力

5.良好的英文读写能力。
