1,Follow up all logistic issues, from purchasing to payment, from customer order to payment collection, review stock status, manage logistic service vendors such as warehouse and transportation, and monitor customer credit status

2, Be responsible for SAP orders and coordinate the related operations with other functions within the company.

3, Assist customs clearance for imported products.

4, Assist account manager for payment collection.

5,Assist to handle complaints, coordinate with the concern department / plant, follow up the whole process and giving prompt reply to the customers.

Knowledge and educational level:
College degree
Familiar with trade documents handling
Good command of English
Familiar with operating Microsoft Office, SAP

Required level of experiences:
More than 2 years commercial support experience in multinational company
