* SKILLS／技能

Familiar with ISO9000 system, IATF16949. 熟悉ISO9000及IATF16949体系

Familiar with standard quality tools, SPC, FMEA, 8D, etc 了解质量工具及标准，如SPC，FMEA，8D等

Ability to handle and judge the nonconformity in process and outgoing is preferred 优先考虑能够进行异常处置品的出货判定者。

Ability to do operation guidance and personnel training is preferred 优先考虑能够实施作业指导和教育者

l Line audit / 产线稽核

- Daily line audit to look for improvement potential or any nonconformity of quality control. 日常生产在线稽核，发现潜在的改善机会或者过程不符合项

Review the release related document to ensure all necessary tests are properly done, and result are good enough for release from QA point of view. 评估产品及生产放行文件，确保所有相关测试项目及结果满足放行条件。

l Handle and manage internal nonconforming, block storage. /处理及管理内部不良品、冻结库存。

l Document related QA task preparation including new OIPs, measurement instruction etc. 质量保证相关文件的制定，如新检验标准，测试指引等。
