ACCOUNTABILITY:

Ensure accurate and compliant audit and booking of T&E expenses to meet Corporate and statutory requirements

Ensure accurate, compliant, timely cash & bank activities to meet Corporate, statutory and foreign exchange requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Bank payments processing (domestics and offshore payments submission)
• Off-shore payments monitoring in SAFE system (including late payment application and register) and handling SAFE related issues
• Employee concur reports checking, downloading to SAP and payment release, employee traveling expenses enquiries, and long aging T&E follow up
• Provide New employee onboard T&E training
• Prepare and submit weekly bank balances report and forecast and assist monthly actual cashflow report
• Report monthly offshore payment plan to Bank based on SAFE request.
• Bank statements checking with SAP to ensure balances consistency
• Work closely with Treasury specialist on funding transfer arrangement
• Document filing
• Other tasks upon request
• Ensure accuracy of financial records in accounting system and in compliance with PRC and US general accounting standards requirements
• Assist auditors to finish audit reports and follow up

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

• Degree in Accounting or economic
• Min 1 years Accounting experience
