1 主要工作职责 Main responsibilities

1.1 维持和改进当前的生产工艺

Maintain and improve current manufacturing processes

1.2 提供产品和零件修改建议，以实现更稳定和更高生产率的制造过程

Provide products and parts modification inputs to achieve a more stable and higher productivity manufacturing process

1.3 参与新产品开发和引进（NPD/NPI）项目

Participate NPD/NPI projects

1.4 确保项目相关的生产工艺相关任务按时完成及达到要求的质量水平和成本

Ensure NPD/NPI manufacturing processes related tasks complete on time, at require quality level and cost

1.5 完成上司交办的工作

Related work assigned by leaders

2 具体工作内容 Specific work content

2.1 设计新产品制造工艺，维持/改进当前的制造工艺

Design manufacturing processes for new products, maintain/improve current manufacturing processes

2.1. 优化当前的制造工艺参数，以实现更稳定的工艺和更高的生产效率

Optimize current manufacturing process parameters to achieve a more stable process and higher productivity

2.1.2 通过生产工艺优化提高产品质量

Improve product quality via manufacturing process optimization

2.1.3 修改现有夹具或设计新的夹具以改进制造工艺

Modify existing or design new jig and fixture for manufacturing process improvement

2.1.4 负责完成样品检验报告

Responsible for completion of sample inspection report (SIR)

2.1.5 测量方法、量具设计与改进

Measurement method, measurement fixture design and improvement

2.1.6 维护当前制造工艺文档。完整的NPD/NPI需要文件

Maintain current processes documentations. Complete NPD/NPI require documents

2.1.7 与总部工程团队合作，解决产品的技术问题

Cooperate with headquarter engineering team to solve technical problems of products

2.1.8 解决产品质量问题

Resolve product quality problems.

2.2提供产品的设计修改建议，以实现更稳定和更高效率的制造过程

Provide inputs product design to achieve a more stable and higher productivity manufacturing process

2.2.1 配合总部工程团队进行产品设计改进

Cooperate with headquarter engineering team to carry out products design improvement

2.2.2 进行必要的测试，以验证产品和零件修改的有效性

Perform require tests to verify effectiveness of the products and parts modification

2.2.3 记录所有产品、零件变更和测试结果

Document all products, parts changes and tests results

2.3 参与新产品开发和引进 (NPD/NPI) 项目

Participate NPD/NPI projects

2.3.1 从最初的评估阶段到量产阶段，按照公司的NPIP操作程序参与NPD/NPI，实现项目目标; 质量、成本和时间

Participate NPD/NPI from initial evaluation stage to mass production, follow company's NPIP operating procedures and achieve project targets; quality, cost and time

2.3.2 与采购和制造团队合作，确保程序和设备的有效性

Cooperate with the purchasing and manufacturing teams to ensure the effectiveness of procedures and equipment

2.3.3 识别、设计模具的采购需求

Realize and design the molds according to the purchasing requirement

2.3.4 执行DFM/DFA和PFMEA

Perform DFM/DFA and PFMEA

2.3.5 确保质量管理体系要求得到满足

Ensure quality management system requires are met

2.3.6 新产品、新零件的测试批准工作

Test and approval of new products and parts

2.3.7 组织新产品样品制作交客户确认

Organize new product customer sample builds

2.3.8 新产品量产化过程中设备、工装的确认，质量控制文件及制程操作文件的编写

Confirm the equipment and fixtures during the mass production of new products; prepare the QC documents and ***, WI

2.4 确保项目相关的生产工艺相关任务按时完成及达到要求的质量水平和成本

2.4.1 通过物料改进及设计改善促进成本的降低

Reduce the cost by designing and improving the materials

2.4.2 确保测量及测试工作符合即定的计划或标准

Ensure the measurement and test work to meet the set plans or standard

2.4.3 在发热盘的设计及应用方面同总部工程团队保持联络

Keep in touch with the headquarter engineering team for the design and application of heating elements

2.5 完成上司交办的工作

3 任职资格Qualification

3.1 本科以上学历，机械、机电一体化、电子或相关专业毕业；有电路丝印，金属表面处理和化工工艺知识和背景者优先

Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electronic or other related engineering disciplines; with circuit board printing, metal sheet surface treatment or chemical process knowledge and background is a plus

3.2有一定的识图和制图能力，熟练操作相关制图软件；

With ability to read and draw the drawings, can work with related drawing software;

3.3 良好的沟通技巧及团队合作精神；

Good communication skill and team work;

3.4 主动，灵活，责任心强，富有创新能力；

Initiative, flexible and strong responsibility, renovation capability;

3.5 英语听、说、写良好；电脑操作熟练。

Good English listening, speaking and writing; proficient in compute operate.
