1.负责雅思/托福等课程中的辅导工作；，并及时与授课老师沟通；

2.了解学生基础、授课计划及课程内容，帮助学生制定学习计划；

3.负责学生的学习辅导及答疑工作，并监督学生的学习进度，作业完成情况；

4.根据学生学习进展情况，安排学生定期模考并完成模考报告；

5.发送学习计划，定期回访学生家长，沟通学习进度；

6.协助任课老师整理教学资料，批改学生作业；

7.协调其他部门推进教学计划，服从上级交代的其他工作安排。

任职要求：

1.大学本科及以上，英语六级以上，英语应用能力强，基础词汇语法能做一些解释说明；

2.对雅思/托福等留学考试有一定了解；

3.具备良好的沟通、协调、表达能力；

4.热爱教育事业，有良好的亲和力，工作积极主动，责任心强。

Vermont International Academy ( “VIA”)was registered in Vermont, U.S. and permitted by the State Education Bureau to issue U.S. high school diploma outside the United States.
VIA, the innovative private school, is a member school of The Vermont Independent Schools Association. In June 2016, VIA Shanghai Second Foreign Language School was accredited by AdvancED, the leading American certification institution. In May 2019, VIA received AdvancED System Wide Accreditation and became the fifth international education group in the world to receive such an honor. With system wide accreditation means that all VIA schools will be automatically recognized as an eligible US school.
