The primary responsibility of the Macau Engagement Manager, Global Development is to interface directly with the Program and Projects Managers in Macau and deliver well designed, high quality software in a cost effective and timely manner that meets the business requirements. This position reports to the Head of Global Development..

The Engagement Manager is responsible for ensuring that the services meet customer expectations, service levels and budget. This position will provide guidance to the Global Development Service Delivery Leads on business requirements and will conduct periodic reviews of the teams work output.

The Engagement Manager works closely with the Macau project managers and process owners on matters of infrastructure, security and other project related needs of the Global Development team to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Las Vegas Sands Corp.'s policies, practices, and procedures.
