Summary:
1.Plans and leads activities on supplier continuous improvement program year over year cost savings.
2.Assist SQA Mgr on supplier score cards performance improvement and process capability improvement.
3.Professional with 5 or more years Lean&6Sigma experience and a commitment to high standards.
4.Require 6sigma BB, MBB will be preferred.
5.Experienced in consumer products, mechanical &/or electrical background.
6.Proficient in die-casting, injection molding, metal fabrication, paint coating and PCBA manufacturing etc…
7.Effective team builder with excellent interpersonal, communication and motivational skills.
8.Familiar with MS Office, Minitab/SPC2000.

Overview and Responsibilities：
1.Develop training material for supplier/internal staffs on Lean/6Sigma.
2.Training/Coaching suppliers on Lean/6Sigma Concept and knowledge.
3.Work with suppliers on collecting data on priorities of CI projects selection.
4.Regularly review with suppliers/Internal team on CI projects and coaching the projects with basic Lead/6Sigma DMAIC approach.
5.Deliverables on CIP projects with Suppliers on cost savings.
6.Monthly/Quarterly CIP projects status reports to management review and estimate cost savings.
7.Assist SQA Mgr on supplier issues handling.
Key Measurement:
- Six Sigma project savings
- Number of Graduated BB – GB
- Number of projects
- Supplier LAR/ PPM associated to project
- Warranty Cost associated to project

Education Requirements:
1.BS required in Technical discipline. MBA preferred.
2.Lean manufacturing & six sigma BB or MBB
3.Fluent English Communication

Special qualifications or skills:
1.Highly organized with strong on time management and meeting deadline skills
2.Good presentation skills, both verbal and written
