Summary:
Product Audit and Process Audit.

Overview and Responsibilities：
1) Conduct Out-Of-Box audit (PSI) per Inspection Instruction including :
- Assemble unit for fit & function testing
- Noise testing
- Conduct process and/or critical component process audit.
- Track supplier LAR & PPM performance and drive corrective & preventive actions
- Perform additional assignment(s) as required.
2) Generate daily, weekly & monthly quality report and drive supplier improvement.
- Keep track of Deviation, ECR and/or ECN where applicable.
- Empowered to stop shipment if detected critical/major product quality issues.
3) Auditor must collaborate with the PE, QE and Asia quality personnel to ensure accuracy of audit data. May required some travels to carry out on-site audit/inspections.
4) Electrical/Mechanical Engineering background preferable, and Quality Control & Quality Assurance training with a minimum of 2-3 years experience.
5) Must be able to work in a team environment by maintaining positive, productive relationships with co-workers, management, marketing, sales and operations departments.
6) Must be able to adapt to changing situations and be flexible.

Education/Experience Requirements:
1) Minimum of college or degree in a technical field
2) 2 – 3 years quality experience (auditor, technician, or analyst). Ideal candidate will have quality experience and product review knowledge

PC Skill: MS Office: Word, Excel (with charting knowledge), Access, PowerPoint
