5. 生产线平衡及优化
6. UPH提升计划及驱动
7. 提出与效率相关的改善方案
8. 产品包装验证
9. 标签规格及模板设计
10. 标签打印维护及问题解决
11. 用Witness进行生产线模拟
职位要求：
1. 本科以上毕业,主修工业工程或工程类专业
2. 英语读写流利；听说熟练者优先
3. 熟悉Witness模拟软件者优先
4. 熟练使用办公软件，必须能熟练使用Auto CAD画图软件
5. 至少5-6年工业工程师或制程工程师相关经验
6. 有精益生产，六西格玛经验者优先
Responsibility:
1. Workshop and Line layout design, setup
2. Standard cycle time analysis and evaluation
3. Product capacity analysis
4. Equipment and tool list for product
5. Line balancing and optimization
6. UPH ramp up plan and UPH driving
7. Efficiency-related proposals
8. Product packing verification
9. Label specification and template design
10. Label printing troubleshoot and maintenance
11. Line simulation by Witness
Position Requirement
1. University bachelor degree or above, major in IE, mechanical engineering or related engineering
2. Fluent in oral English is preferred and good command in written English
3. Skilled Witness simulation is plus
4. Good command in MS Office, familiar with Auto CAD is must
5. At least 5-6 years experience in Industrial Engineering or Process Engineering
6. Lean, 6 sigma experience is preferred
