职位描述
Main Purpose of the job
? Technical feasibility
? Manage difficult and critical technical problems
? Regular risk evaluation
? Being a competent partner to Customer’s engineers
? Link between BCU and Program Team
Essential responsibilities
1. Ensure process target alignment
2. Create Engineering plan and keep it up-to-date
3. Set-up Engineering Team
4. Define needed manufacturing accessories (jigs, trays, masks, laser jigs, etc.) and kick-off related accessory design
5. Set-up BOM in SAP in build plant and keep it up-to-date
6. Conduct a tolerance review
7. Create a test plan for the project
8. Organize manufacturing accessory design review and kick-off accessory manufacturing
9. Create Process flow chart and keep it updated
10. Create IMP tray list and follow-up tray design
11. Review sub-process development
12. Verify manufacturing accessory performance
13. Identify needed design modifications
14. Organize process related 2D drawing review and transfer drawings to LOM suppliers
15. Give tool design approval from project team to tooling and manufacturing location
16. Align the activities schedule from new technology development project
17. Verify tray performance
18. Ensure Lessons Learnt Taken into Account before build
19. Define tray modification needs
20. Manage tool and accessory modification needs
21. Collect Technical Lessons Learned
22. Participate in Build Review meeting
23. Lead cross-process and technical problem solving and final product acceptance
24. Approve painting process design
25. Manage accessory V&A at supplier
26. Verify tool performance
27. Lead Painting Line Selection
28. Lead DOE Planning
29. Lead DOE Trial Runs
Job requirements
1)Education, experience & skills 1. above junior college
2. above 8years working experience.
3. has good experience in metal mechanical part's development.
4. has the experience to work as a project leader.
5. fluent written and spoken English.
6. priority: mobile phone industrial experience.
2)Competence requirements
has good experience in metal manufacturing process: Forging & Heat treatment & Stamping & Extrusion & CNC & Polishing & Sandblasting & Anodizing & Laser welding & Laser etching & Diamond cutting & etc.
