岗位职责：

· 负责日常财务凭证的入帐，并编制财务报表。

· 按照公司及政府有关部门要求及时报送各种财务报表， 包括月报，季报，年报。

· 协助编写公司的各项财务计划、财务预算。

· 负责日常费用报销及付款的单据审核。

· 协助银行及现金周转业务，确保现金与报表相符。

· 购买公司相关财务票据并规范使用， 负责税务申报。

· 协助办理工商税务年审并负责准备、分析、核对及处理各种税务相关的工作。

· 负责及时提供有关部门要求的财务资料，各项费用及统计报表。

· 协助年度审计。

· 完成主管分配的其他相关工作。

Responsibilities:

· Be responsible for daily accounting entry and timely book keeping.

· Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports, for both statutory and management accounts.

· Assist financial planning, budgeting and other ad-hoc analysis.

· Review supporting documents of expense claim and payment application.

· Assist bank and cash transactions, responsible for bank reconciliation.

· Be responsible for tax invoice purchase, management and timely tax filing.

· Assist annual review/ renewal of company business license and other related certificates.

· Prepare statistics and other reports required by government.

· Liaise and assist annual audit.

· Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.

岗位要求：

· 财务、金融等相关专业本科学历，有会计证者优先；

· 5年以上会计工作经验，熟悉会计报表的处理，会计法规和税法，熟练使用软件；

· 熟悉会计核算流程；

· 具有较强的财务资讯统计、预测、分析能力；

· 认真、细致、有优秀的职业操守、良好的协调能力、沟通能力和较独立办事能力；

· 英语良好者优先；

· 具备新财务系统实施经验者优先

· 具备合资或外资企业财务工作经验者优先

Requirements:

· Degree holder of accounting-related discipline, Accounting Certificate holder preferred;

· Minimum 5 years accounting experience including bookkeeping and reporting;

· Familiar with China tax compliance requirement;

· Familiar with Financial Accounting processes;

· Strong sense of responsibility； Pleasant personality, patient and detail-oriented, willingness to work under the pressure;

· Good English & Communication skill;

· System implementation experience preferred;

· SFJV or foreign enterprise working experience preferred.
