Program Engineer will based on Zhuhai 

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Work with each CFT team member to achieve defined project deliverables in terms of quality, cost and schedule.
• Responsible of daily operating efficiency of Project Management, Lead and coordinate functional depts. to make sure programs are meeting customer’s requirement and internal requirement, summary status and report to customer and management team
• Managing NPI build readiness with customer and internal CFT team, Post Build Meeting, NPI phase gate review meeting.
• working with customer and CFT team to come out solutions to mitigate incidents' impact like delayed project schedule or quality issue.
• 跟进模具的试模，注塑，生产等进程，管理项目进度
• 与团队的每个成员一起，在质量，成本和进度方面，实现已定义的项目可交付成果。
• 负责项目管理的日常运营，领导并协调职能部门，确保项目的进度满足客户要求和内部要求，总结项目的状态并向客户和管理团队报告。
• 负责新产品导入阶段的各种事项，参加review会议
• 向客户介绍产品交付情况，并推动内部CFT团队制定行动计划。
• 及时和客户沟通，提出解决方案，以减轻不良事件的影响，例如延迟的项目进度或质量问题。                                                    

    

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

1. College’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or Business Administration , bachelor is prefer
2. 3~5 years of experiences in Mechnical，plastic molding，Tooling  area Program Management, familiar with Mechanical molding or tooling process 
3. Excellent in communication skills and negotiation skills.
4. Fluent in both written and oral English.
5. Familiar with Excel and PPT
6. 本科毕业, 模具, 注塑成型，机械，电子工程,制造或工商管理相关专业
7. 3-5年项目的工作经验，熟悉Mechanical塑胶模具的生产工艺流程
8. 优秀的沟通能力和谈判能力
9. 英语读写能力良好
10. 熟悉办公软件，如Excel PPT
