 JOB REQUIREMENT  职位要求：

-Bachelor degree & above, engineering background preferred. 本科或以上学历，工科背景优先.    

-Minimum 5 years working experience in supplier quality management. 至少5年与供应商质量管理的工作经验 2.      -Minimum 2 years working experience in leading supplier quality management team activities, preferably in a -Multinational corporation. 至少2年与供应商质量管理的团队管理经验，有跨文化企业工作经验优先.   

-Be Familiar with ISO/TS16949 quality management system standard and FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP. /熟悉ISO/TS16949质量管理系统标准和FMEA,SPC,MSA,PPAP,APQP 2.    

-Able to lead internal audit and external supplier audit independently. /能够独立的领导内部审核和外部供应商审核 .        -Capability of reading, writing & speaking in English. /英语听说读写流利.        

  RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY／职责和权限

-Co-responsible for supplier searching and selection with the PU and related business units.

  与采购和相关部门共同负责新供应商的开发和选择        

-Initiate, prepare, negotiate and implement of <Quality Assurance Agreement> & <PPM Target Agreement> with suppliers.

  与供应商协商签订《品质保证协议》和《PPM目标协议》并实施

-Classification of suppliers and materials.

 供应商和材料等级分类

-Coordination of supplier evaluation.

   组织供应商评估

-Development of the quality level of the suppliers according internal and external targets including the quality level agreements.

   根据公司内部和外部质量水平标准来推动提高供应商质量水平 

-Definition, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and documentation of (preventive) quality assurance measures on the suppliers.

   根据品质保证措施文件（预防性的）定义、实施、监督和评估供应商的质量水平

 -Proactive quality monitoring system setup and maintenance.

     前瞻性的质量监控系统设立和维护 

 -Leading for raw material quality problem solving and follow-up/improvement.

   主导原材料质量问题的解决和跟踪改善

  -Annual supplier audit plan setup and perform.

   制定和实施年度供应商审核计划 

  Reporting according to the SQM Goal.
