1. Responsible for continuous improvement activities in CHLOE. 负责车房的持续改善活动。 2. Initiate and lead the project / program for continuous improvement of performance and service. 开展和主导一些项目，旨在提高生产绩效和服务水平

RX CI Engineer (Automation) mainly in-charge of lean automation projects at both production and supply chain, meanwhile CHLOE faces the challenge of labor cost increasing 5%～10% yearly, 10% capacity increasing yearly, quality demanding improving from market yearly. We need continuously implement automation projects by LIFE (Essilor Lean Initiative for Excellent) system for cost decreasing, productivity improvement, shorten lead time, improving customer’s satisfaction. 车房持续改善工程师(自动化)主要负责全车房精益自动化项目的实施，包括生产部、供应链部，同时车房面对的挑战有：每年5%～10%的劳动力成本的上升；每年车间10%的产能提升；满足质量要求日益提高的市场。所以需要通过精益系统来持续发掘项目，推进项目，完成项目，以达到不断降低成本，提高生产效率，缩短交货期，提升客户满意度

1. Implement and lead automation projects. 实施和推广自动化项目。 2. Update CHLOE layout and manage the technical file. 更新车房布局图。 3.Follow up and improve EER (Equipment Efficiency Ration) of one or two key machine/year at CHLOE. 每年跟踪和改进一个或两个关键设备的综合利用率。 4. Training to new automation operation to maintenance/production/supplier chain team. 培训相关人员自动化操作。 5. Arrange other jobs by supervisor. 完成领导安排的其他工作。

Good IE tools or Lean Manufacturing. 有一定的工业工程和精益知识。 Good analytical skills to quantify potential improvement in industrial performance or cost. 良好的数据分析能力。 Solid knowledge of MS tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). 熟练掌握办公工具。 Good presentation skills. 良好的演讲技巧。 Have automation background. 有自动化背景
