Position Responsibilities:

·       Source mechanical suppliers in accordance with company sourcing strategy.

·       Study and analyze the regional market conditions to design and implement strategies of supplier selection, cost optimization.

·       Execute benchmarking and cost analysis among the market trend to make sound purchasing decision.

·       Work with CTX’s global team on product development/new projects and operation support to ensure early supplier involvement to achieve high effectiveness

·       Perform audits with SQE and engineering staff to recognize and identify opportunities and potential threats to ensure suppliers’ ability to support CTX’s business and objectives.

·       Negotiate prices and achieve continuous cost reduction.

·       Monitor, measure and evaluate supplier performance for constant improvement in every possible ways.

·       Manage smooth and good working relationship with suppliers to guarantee the best value and reliable providing of materials.

·       Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by purchasing manager.

Position Requirements:

·       Bachelor degree or above in engineering and electronics related major.

·       Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with demanded product and project knowledge.

·       Equipped with plastic tooling experience or knowledge.

·       Good market sense and cost drivers for mechanical commodity.

·       MNC EMS environment or component supplier exposure is a plus

·       Analytical thinking

·       Honest and ethical

·       Able to read technical files.

·       Great negotiation and strong communication skills.

·       Good command of English ability.
