Job Description of purchaser for plastic works
职位描述：塑料材料采购员

Work location 工作地点：
- SongXia Industrial Park, SongGang Town, FoShan City 佛山南海松夏工业园

Basic requirement 基本要求
- Mechanical or related bachelor degree 机械或相关专业
- Knowledge to read engineering drawings 能看懂工程图纸
- At least 3 years experience work in the factory for plastic works 有工厂塑料材料采购经验
- Good communication skill and team cooperation attitude. 良好的沟通能力及合作态度

Basic skills 基本技能
- Make a proper RFQ with details requirement
- Knowlege for plastic material, forming process, surface finish and other products
- English skills, write and read is a must
- Computer skills like microsoft office, picture software, read drawing by CAD, solidworks

Daily work 日常工作
- Analyze drawings or samples and requirements and judge what kind of supplier is suit for the parts or products
- Sourcing in the internet sometimes
- Build a proper RFQ with clear requirements, with material specification, processes, surface finish, packing

requirement etc. 其它要求
- Make overview for quotes
- Report the RFQ work to supply chain manager
- Negotiate price and payment terms with supplier
- Issue purcae order and follow up the order confirmation
- Follow up purchase order production with current supplier
- Inform QC to do inspection at supplier's workshop
- Getting information of packing from supplier and inform colleague to do work for delivery
- Deal with supplier for quality problem with QA department
- Visit supplier offten
- Report the purchase order status to supply chain manager & planning department
- Deal with small stuff purchase for the production of workshop

Expect offer package 待遇
- 3k to 5k per month according to experience
- 5days annual leave per annum
- Work 5days per week
- Standard social insurance and housing fund according to government.
