Job objective 工作概要:

In charge for designing and executing automation for production line(s), production process improvement, including project management, teamwork with other functional group, maintain documentation, and provide training to other members.

Job responsibilities 工作职责：

1. Automation:

• Concept designing for automation

• Detail designing with external vendor(s)

• Project management for implementation

• Debag and problem solving on automation system

• Set up standard maintenance system – with production and technicians

• Educate Engineer and Technicians.

 

1. Identify areas to be automated with considering ROI (return of investment) and work environment. 

2. Project management for automation, from concept design phase to implementation in production.

3. Design automation concept, including workflow, basic movements at each workstation, cycle-time, required number of operators to run.

4. With external vendors, build basic design of automation system, and get offer from external vendor(s). 

5. Prepare CAPEX (investment proposal) for each automation and get approval for the investment.

6. Finalize detail design of automation with a selected external vendor.

7. Check and amend detail design with vendor by doing tests during machine building phase at vendor’s site, to ensure smooth implementation at Enbi.

8. Implement automation into production line and do debug together with the vendor if necessary.

9. Set-up standard work procedures and work instructions to run the automation.

10. Set-up standard maintenance plan for automation.

11. Realize saving as planned and committed in the CAPEX (cycle-time, machine down-time, number of workers, rejection rate.)

12. EHS (environment, health, safety) on automation line.

1. Process Engineering:

• Machine Design (Support Development Engineering and Production)

• Machine Maintenance

• Facility (Building Infrastructure) maintenance

1. Productivity improvement by improve / modify production machine

2. Productivity and quality improvement by semi-automation, auto-loading, and Kaizen.

3. Set-up standards for Preventive Maintenance

Any improvement in facility 

Qualifications and professional knowledge 任职资格：

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience as group leader or key engineer for automation

2. Minimum bachelor’s degree at university, major in automation, or mechanical engineering

3. Wide and depth knowledge on automation, and robot usage

4. Good experiences to design automation line(s)

5. Good experience to implement automation into production line

6. Basic understanding on robot program and PLC program are advantages.

7. Business level English communication capability

8. Proper documentation skill (bilingual both in Chinese and English)

9. Teamwork, and strong leadership and organizational skills

10. Logical thinking, strong analytical, decision making and problems solving skills

Project management skill, ability to manage multiple projects
