Bachelor or above, electrical engineering major or mechanical engineering major /本科或以上学历，电气类或机械类专业

 3 years above experience in machine maintenance and management. / 3年以上设备维修及管理经验

  

1 year above project management experience. / 1年以上项目管理经验

  

2 years above experience in machine improvement experience. / 两年以上设备改进经验

  

Good knowledge of electrics. / 掌握良好的电气知识

  

Machine and process analysis ability. / 设备及工艺分析能力

  

Knowledge of PDCA, fishbone and Palto. / 掌握PDCA、鱼骨图分析法、柏拉图等相关知识

  

Familiar with the Autocad and Microsoft office software. / 熟悉CAD及微软办公软件

  

Good communication skill. / 良好的沟通技能

  

Ability of machine maintenance would be priority. / 优先考虑能够进行设备维护保养者

工作职责: 

  

1. Be responsible for TPM and periodical maintenance and urgent repairing. Cooperate with the team member to reduce the shut down time and ensure all the machines in line are in good production condition ,and ensure the safety stock for all machine spare parts;

   负责设备的ＴＰＭ、定期保养和紧急维修；领导团队成员合作降低停机率，确保生产线所有设备处于良好的生产状态;确保所有设备零部件的有安全库存。

2. Strong safety awareness, ensure all engineering and maintenance activities run under absolute safe condition;

   有强烈的安全意识，确保相关工程和维修项目在绝对安全的体系下运行；

3. Be responsible to introduce suitable machine, help production line to do mass production; Be responsible for current machine improvement;

   负责引入合适的新设备导入，协助生产进行大规模生产；负责现有设备改进。

4. Fix the responsible equipment maintenance plan and leading the technician team to implementation all kinds of maintenance plan

   制定并带领技术员团队执行所有的设备维护保养计划。

5. Responsible for technician performance evaluation ,training and team building.

   技术员团队建设和管理，对所领导的技术员进行绩效评估和培训

6. Ensure the safe operation every day during the maintenance process

   在维修过程中确保安全操作

7. To attend the environment protection actively and reduce infection environment during daily work.

   积极参加环境保护活动并在日常工作中注意减少对环境产生不良的影响
