Job Description:

Function independently as the Project Quantity Surveyor (PQS) and be able to work with Project Director in delivering pre and post professional M&E QS services with minimal supervision

独立行使项目估算师职能，能与项目董事一起工作，监督低级别员工提供合同前及合同后专业的机电QS服务；

Preparation of pre-contract cost estimates and project cash-flow.

编制合同前的造价估算与项目现金流；

Preparation of tender documentation

编制招标文件；

Tendering process and tender evaluation

进行招标和评标工作；

Post-contract administration and management – contract documentation, valuation of progress payment, variation assessment, and cost control report

合同签字后的管理：合同文件、进度款估价、变更估算及造价控制报告；

Finalization of project final accounts

完成项目最终结算；

Assist the Project Director to manage and guide junior surveyors working on the project handled by the SQS

协助项目董事管理与指导由高级工料测量师负责项目中的低级别测量师；

Involvements in other non-traditional areas such as procurement management, feasibility study, value management , capital allowances, life-cycle costing, project analysis

参与其他相关工作，如采购管理、可行性研究、价值管理、（折旧提成）资本减免、生命周期成本、项目分析。

Job Requirements & Person Specification :

Proficient technical knowledge – Measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts and law

熟练掌握计量、成本估算、施工技术、合同与法律方面的技术知识；

Understand and be competent with professional practice and contract administration processes

理解并精通专业惯例与合同管理程序；

Able to handle 2-3 sizeable projects as Quantity Surveyor independently

作为工料测量师能独立处理2-3个大项目；

Demonstrate proficiency and competency in PQS function and require minimal supervision

展示项目工料测量师职能的熟练与能力，并对低级别人员进行监督；

Able to work as a team player

具有团队合作精神；

Ability to communicate clearly both spoken and written

能清楚地用口语与书面语进行交流；

Exhibit strong interpersonal skills

很强的人际交往能力；

Demonstrate leadership skills and supervisory ability

展现领导技巧和管理能力；

Degree or Diploma in Civil/Architectural Engineering Management, Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent from recognized universities

认可院校的土建/建筑工程、建造、工料测量或同等专业的本科或大专毕业；

Or

或

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent from recognized universities

HVAC- Bachelor degree with major in HVAC/Building Environment and Facilities Engineering /Water Supply;

Electrical –Bachelor degree with major in Electrical Engineering and Automation/Automation;

认可院校的机电工程或相关专业的本科或大专毕业；

暖通 ：供热通风与空调工程/建筑环境与设备工程/给排水等专业学士学位；

电气：电气工程及其自动化/自动化等专业的学士学位；

Degree graduates with minimum 5 years of relevant experience

本科学历，至少5年相关经验；

Diploma holders with minimum 7 years of relevant experience

大专学历，至少7年相关经验；

Professional qualifications (RICS, HKIS or equivalent) will be preferred

持有专业资质（RICS, HKIS或等效资质）者优先。
