职责:
负责软板事业部业务，维护客户订单进程，包括确认订单，排期，出货等；
与客户保持的良好沟通，处理客户投诉及咨询；
与内部部门协调，提高客户满意度。

职位要求：
本科学历及以上，英语专业或工商管理等相关专业；
英语六级及以上，普通话流利；
两年以上客户服务相关经验，有软板CS工作经验优先；
有上进心，能够承受工作压力，良好的沟通和解决问题的能力。
