Warehouse Supervisor 仓务管理人员

岗位职责

• 协助仓务经理日常的仓库管理
• 编配仓库助理的工作，管理船务事务
• 需要经常与美国公司的同事的联系
• 监督管理仓库盘点、包装、发货运输等日常工作；协助库存的控制
• 更好的配合后勤部门，及时发货
• 确保仓库的环境，防止设备的损伤

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Warehouse Manager in the day-to-day warehouse operation
• Arrange the job duties of warehouse assistant, monitor the work of shipping staff
• Communicate and coordinate with US colleagues regularly
• Monitor the stock, packaging, transportation, etc. Assist in the inventory control for warehouse
• Coordinate with other internal departments to ensure delivery of goods on time
• Ensure clean and tidy environment of the warehouse to prevent occupational accidents

任职资格

• 大专及以上学历，管理类、物流类相关专业
• 良好中、英文。必须能说英语。英文必须达CET-6
• 4年以上物流相关领域管理工作经验熟悉物流及船务管理业务流程，有丰富的流程管理操作技能
• 对报关条例认识为佳
• 熟悉ERP及物流信息管理系统优先

Qualifications

• College or University graduate in management or logistics
• Excellent Chinese and English. Good oral English. Pass CET-6
• 4 years or above relevant experience. Familiar with logistics and shipping workflow. Good management skills is required
• Know the customs requirement is preferable
• Familiar with ERP system and logistics management system is preferable
